Approve Leave Request Didn’t appear

SAP Consultant needs help regarding “Approve Leave Request Didn’t appear “

Hi All,

As per above link,I have done the configration for leave workflow..But still not appearing the Approve,Reject buttons.
It’s appearing only blank screen and Close button.

We are using EHP5 .
Workflow : WS21500001

Kindly Help Me.
