I need your help regarding the functiong of resceduling for sales orders which has items having production orders.

In some Sales orders there are items for which a Production ORDER has been created.
The job for rescheduling runs at night. in that job the program used is for the tcode V_V2. When the job runs it is not picking up some items for which Production ORDER has been made and it is also picking up some of the items for which the Production ORDER is there.
i am not getting the diffrence in these items, Kindly help me to understand on what Basis this job is selecting and deseleting these items.
Please let me know in case of any further inputs required.
